Our school’s capacity is for 155 children and historically we have operated at near or full capacity. The children who attend our programs are culturally diversified, coming form Europe, the Orient and South America, adding richness to our school environment.
We have 23 staff members, the majority of whom have been with us between 3-15+ years.

德立華中文學校
The Chinese School of Delaware was established in 1971 by a few families in the area. Over the years, it has grown into a school with 180 students at times. Starting in fall 2005, the class structure is modified to have a two-track system. Track A is for families who speak Chinese at home (heritage students) and track B is for families who do not speak Chinese at home (non-heritage students). However, both track students will join together for culture classes. Depending on the public interest, an adult conversational class is also offered. In 2005-06 school year, 7 teachers and 1 school administrator have participated College Board AP Chinese training and received their certificates. Four teachers have been teaching at public schools.
春晖中文学校
春晖中文学校校名源于中国大唐诗人孟郊的名诗《游子吟》。千百年来，这首歌颂真淳而深挚母爱的诗，感动了不知多少中国人。该诗结尾两句：“谁言寸草心，报得三春晖”，更是真切地表达了微芥如小草般的儿女深感难以报答如春晖般厚博的母爱之情，我们取“春晖”为校名，谨以寄托以下美好的愿望：愿我们的孩子们享受充分的爱和良好的教育，如小草沐浴于和煦的春晖中，健康地长大；愿我们这些身在他乡的游子们，能永远记住自己的祖国以及她悠久的历史和灿烂的文化。
